12-05-2023 | New Video and Images added to Cyclic Force Trim Mod for VIRPIL MongoosT-50CM2 Base project
This intense and my most ambitious project as of yet, is coming along. Besides the video, I have also added new images to the latest part of the project. If you curious about the parts I have used so far, I have added a detailed Parts List Page. You can check it all out here.

Made a collet wall rack to store the many of my collets to keep them organized and help protect them from damage and loss. My R32 collets have now finally a good home without braking the bank. You can check it out here.

WINWING Orion2 F-16EX Viper Grip - ANT ELEV knob issue fixed. My ANT ELEV know/thumb dial was wobbling and ran over the stop points and I couldn't feel the center indent either, now it's fixed. Take a look on how I did the repair/fix here.

08-31-2023 | WINWING Orion2 F-16EX Viper Throttle Combo - ANT ELEV knob issue
My ANT ELEV know/thumb dial was wobbling and ran over the stop points and I couldn't feel the center indent either. Took the entire Viper grip apart yesterday and I found the issue with the antenna elevation knob/dial. To fix the issue I have machined a brass bushing for it. It was a lot of work and measuring to get this right. I will have a write-up with images and a video about it up soon.

I am pleased to announce that I was able to get a Gigabyte RTX 4090 for my Sim Rig. I have installed a Bykski water block and made a special power cable. I will be updating the Sim Rig (PC) page soon with all the specs and the latest benchmark results.

I have made for my Simpit a headphones holder using 4040 T-Slot aluminum extrusion profiles and elbow grease.
01-09-2023 | Lot's of updates to the site!
I have totally revamped the site and fixed the "Buy Me Coffee" button for those of you who like to help me to keep awake during all that modding :)
Web Page Layout - Many of you using your PC to navigate the web for this type of content, the page layout is now a bit wider and I also did some re-design to make them easier to navigate and view.
Photo Gallery - I have added an all new Photo Gallery page and hope to receive loads of pictures of your simpit to add.
12-28-2022 | In the workshop:
I am moving to a larger room as my workshop. The move is about 80% completed but there is still a good amount of work to the finish line..
Lot's of new tools are now in the workshop such as a larger milling table/bed for my Mini-Mill. I also had finally success finding a new bench vise to replace the broken one. I have decided on a Capri Tools 6" forged vise which came quickly and has now it's permanent place in the shop. An Arbor Press and a bench scroll saw, which I already owned but not had space for, have now a new home too.

The second part of my latest project in which I am adding a Force Trim function to the VIRPIL VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Base for my Helicopter cyclic is completed. Check it out.
10-25-2022 | Mods & Projects - New Project - Cyclic Force Trim Mod for VIRPIL's VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Base Part 1 DIY
To my limited knowledge, in many helicopters a cyclic trim function involves a set of magnetic clutches which hold the cyclic in a given position, but can be moved against springs. Press the button, the clutches release, release the button, they re-engage to whatever position you've moved the cyclic while you were holding the button down. A beeper trim (or coolie hat or Chinese hat) will slowly reposition the clutches in whichever direction you move the hat. This is what I try to achieve by modding my VIRPIL MongoosT-50CM2 Base. This project is based on the above assumption. Check it out.

08-09-2022 | Mods & Projects - Would you do This to your chair? SimPit Pilot Office Chair Hybrid! DIY
I will be modding my office chair into a helicopter SimPit pilot hybrid chair and add a bass shaker to feel the chopper by the seat of my pants :)
The chair must be still fully functional as a standard office chair keeping features such as tilt and tension controls, swivel and height adjustability fully functional. The casters have to remain to allow me to move the chair to a different work area if needed.
When using it as a the pilot seat, I want to be able to lock the chair in place having none of the office seat features. Check it out.
